Take 5 Oil Change

Great service. The wait was minimal and Tyler P was excellent at explaining the service provided and recommendations in the next 3000 miles. He was very informative and his expertise was shown.

Excellent service. It was a Saturday morning, so a little busy and we had a bit of a wait, but the employees were professional and friendly. Just needed an inspection, so I wished there was a line just for inspections, to move through a little quicker.

Good service! Only issue is I asked if they would fill my tires ( I know it comes with the oil change) as they forgot the time before last. My tire light had come on the morning of before I came so I knew they were low as my light was on and I had checked them before coming. They said they would as it comes with the service and I mentioned my tires were low. Well, they did 1/4 before my tire rotation and on the paper it said that all tires were checked and at 35, which was a lie. I checked my tires once I got home as it was a short drive and I know it takes a minute for the light to go off on short distances. Well, to my surprise all of my tires (but one) were reading 21, 27.5, 29.5, and 35. Which was what they were at before minus the 35. This was on 7/14/26. Never seen this crew before, crew who did it last time was on top of it, time before was a miss because it was so hot you could fry an egg on your hood so I totally understood forgetting. It was hot again this day so I understood to an extent, but I did remind them and asked before I left (and got the receipt) which is why I took a star off. Typically this Take 5 is pretty solid. Also interesting that they hand you the

I’m ultimately impressed with my take five that I have been going to for several years now the reason I keep going to the same one is simply because the employees, including the manager Tyler 🌛 always greet me with a smile on their face, they are very knowledgeable of what I need and do not need for my vehicles, they always take good care of me as an older lady and always bringing my vehicles alone. I appreciate that I’ve been to some oil changing places and I couldn’t even get a smile from The Mechanic. No matter how bad things are. Everything is temporary keep up the good service take five in Harrisburg and thanks a lot Mr. Tyler 🌛 manager for always having a great great staff and brightening up my day. a grateful repeating Customer. >LL

I had such a good experience a few weeks ago getting my oil changed that I recommended this place to my brother. We dropped it off for an oil change and a few other things and when we got home I looked in his car only to see this mess inside. Im not only embarrassed but a bit ticked off. How can you let a car leave your place like this?? He is only here for the weekend so he really doesn’t want to go back to Take 5 to have this resolved but I definitely will think twice before coming back here thats for sure UPDATE: So instead of saying “How can we make this right” or something to sound the least bit concerned about this situation we get hope we get the opportunity to impress you again?? It sounds like the all mighty dollar is more important than customer satisfaction
